Digital life should make your life easier — not steadily harder to understand.

Devices, files, accounts and security can slowly turn into a tangle. I created DigiFix.Ninja to take that complexity apart, make it understandable again and help you regain control without blame or drama.

Tired of your chaotic digital world?

Need someone to safely bring order back?

I start by listening and finding out what is actually happening. Then I choose a practical, proportionate way forward, explain what matters and aim to leave your digital environment clearer, safer and easier to maintain where possible.

The DigiFix ninja meditates calmly while digital trouble gathers around him.

When digital trouble takes shape

You do not need a technical diagnosis to describe what feels wrong.

A slow computer, strange account activity or a pile of smaller problems can have many causes. These characters give familiar symptoms a face; they are starting points for understanding, not proof of what caused them.

Lags

Is everything slower than it has any right to be?

A device or system may be struggling with software, storage, configuration, maintenance or hardware. I first work out where the delay is really coming from.

Glitches

Everything works… until it suddenly doesn’t?

Intermittent behaviour can be difficult to pin down. I look for patterns and evidence before deciding what needs attention.

Bugs

Things not behaving the way they should?

Errors, crashes and broken features may come from the software, its settings or something around it. The symptom is the place to begin, not the conclusion.

Viruses

Worried something unwanted is living in your system and creating vulnerabilities?

Suspicious software deserves careful investigation, not panic. I can check for malware, unwanted programs and risky changes without assuming an infection before there is evidence.

Holes

Not sure whether your digital space may already have been breached?

Security gaps and unusual signs can be hard to interpret. I help examine what is known, what remains uncertain and which sensible steps can reduce risk.

Ghosts

Seeing unknown users, emails or activity you cannot explain — or unsure how to stay safe online?

Unfamiliar account activity is unsettling, but it is not automatically proof of intrusion. I help you make sense of it and strengthen the habits and settings that matter.

Demons

Afraid someone is poking around where they shouldn’t?

If access feels suspicious, I can help review the situation carefully and identify proportionate next steps without turning uncertainty into a dramatic claim.

Chaos

Or has the inevitable chaos already taken over and you need help soon?

Files, accounts, devices and unresolved faults can accumulate until the whole environment feels unmanageable. I help separate the mess into clear, workable priorities; this is not a promise of emergency availability.

Devices in revolt

Even if your devices already work completely against you?

A laptop, phone and their shared ecosystem can sometimes seem to have formed an alliance of their own. I help restore a practical working relationship — without making you feel foolish for being frustrated.

The cause may be a habit, a setting, ageing hardware, software, an outside event or several things at once. Assigning blame does not bring the situation under control; understanding it does.

Understand first. Act with purpose.

I investigate what is happening, then help in the way the situation actually needs.

I do not begin with a pre-written package. I look at the evidence, explain the useful choices and take proportionate action. My aim is not only to fix the immediate fault, but to leave things clearer and easier for you to understand where possible.

Investigate and remove genuine threats

I examine suspicious behaviour and remove malware, unwanted software or harmful configurations where they are actually present. I also explain what I found and what remains uncertain; no system can be promised absolute protection.

Clean up your systems

I clear out unnecessary software, old leftovers, unwanted start-up items and technical clutter, and correct suitable misconfigurations. What can be improved depends on the device and its condition.

Repair faults and improve performance

I diagnose device and system problems, repair suitable software or configuration faults and improve performance where technically possible. I will not promise an impossible hardware transformation or a guaranteed repair.

Declutter your digital spaces

I help organise files, folders, documents, accounts, storage and backups so that your digital environment becomes easier to navigate and maintain. Clearer structure reduces friction, but it never replaces careful backups and access planning.

Plan sensible protection

I help refine backup and recovery plans, account and password practices, device security and other proportionate safeguards. The goal is to reduce avoidable risk and improve readiness, not to create fear or promise that nothing can ever go wrong.

Understand your digital world — including AI

I explain devices, accounts, security and useful digital habits so that help creates confidence rather than dependency. I can also teach you how to use artificial-intelligence tools practically: what they can and cannot do, how to communicate with them effectively, where they can support everyday or professional workflows, and when they are the wrong tool.

That includes checking generated results instead of trusting them blindly, protecting confidential or personal information, understanding privacy implications and integrating AI only where it genuinely saves effort or improves the work. I do not present AI as magic or promote one provider.

Order around the technology

A clearer digital life can begin with the physical space around it.

I can help plan and non-technically organise an existing technology workspace: movable devices, loose cables, practical placement and the way the physical setup supports your workflow. This remains connected to how you use technology; it is not an interior-design, building, electrical or fixed-cabling service.

The comparison is an illustration of the organisation concept, not a documented client result or a guarantee of a particular outcome.

Before A technology workspace where clutter makes access and everyday use difficult.

After An illustrative example of a clearer layout for movable devices, loose cables and practical workflow.

The person behind DigiFix.Ninja

I am Andrei. I like turning digital complexity back into something you can understand and control.

I created DigiFix.Ninja because technology is supposed to make life easier, yet digital life has a way of becoming complicated. Devices accumulate problems, files spread everywhere, accounts multiply and security becomes harder to understand. I enjoy taking that complexity apart and making it useful again.

For years I have worked hands-on with computers, devices, networks, servers, storage, backups, migrations, software, security and everyday technical problems. Repairing a fault is only part of the work. I also care about leaving things cleaner, more understandable, better organised, safer and easier to maintain where possible.

You speak directly with me, and I do the work. There is no anonymous support maze or chain of people passing your problem from one desk to another.

I believe technical help should create understanding rather than dependency. Whenever useful, I explain what happened, what I changed and how you can better understand or maintain your digital environment afterwards. That now includes practical, critical and privacy-aware use of AI: a useful tool when it fits, not something to trust blindly.

The same idea of order can extend from files and systems to the physical technology workspace around them. Through DigiFix.Ninja, I bring problem-solving, organisation, security, prevention and teaching together in one personal service.
